Was he expecting a hot shot back up the middle? Did he think the catcher was going to whip it back to him? Should the grounds crew have left up the batting practice screen?

- My wife makes fun of me because my first observation anytime I watch any game is what uniforms each team is wearing - especially if it's something out of the ordinary (alternate uni's, reverse sweater night, etc.). Now, I get to bore all of you with my observations....
I think I might wear a glove if I was throwing out the first pitch (let's not try to even think of any reason I would be throwing out a first pitch). I just think the glove is more comfortable - in other words, I think if you had a pitcher or position player throw from their respective positions w/o gloves, they'd be less accurate. No, Biden isn't a pitcher or position player, but maybe it's similar. Or maybe he just stole it.
